Time and Lat/Long is set by my system and is right on and both programs reflect the identical settings. All information entered into EQMOD and Stellarium is 100% accurate. Stellarium shows my mount positioned slightly off to the right of Polaris (showing me the EQStarPro mount location). Now I realize this is not as accurate as it would be were I actually outside, but for testing purposes this is close enough.

I have my mount pretty close to polar aligned in my office (as my house is exactly aligned north and south, with my mount in my office aligned with the wall next to it (running parallel N/S) and the Declination and RA all set in the polar alignment "home" position (counterweights down, scope pointed at Polaris). When I start up Stellarium it is set to automatically connect to the mount (which it does no problem).

I have been testing this in my office indoors as my plan is to operate this entire system remotely from my office indoors. I run Stellarium as my planetarium software on my laptop, APT for platesolving and image capture with my Canon 40D DSLR. I have a Vixen GP upgraded with Astro-Gadget's EQStarPro GoTO system and motors.
